EVENT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

It is highly recommended to have event supervisors for gatherings featuring more than four inflatables. The supervisor will not only oversee the proper operation of all equipment but will also ensure that staff members are actively enforcing safety protocols and guiding guests to follow the rules. While the supervisor can temporarily cover a staff member during short breaks or restroom visits, their primary responsibility is overseeing the entire event's operations. They will not be assigned to manage a single unit but instead will focus on maintaining a safe and efficient environment throughout the event. This additional oversight ensures a smooth and safe experience for all participants.

Event Attendant Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and safe use of rental equipment, ensuring that all guests follow safety guidelines.

On-Site Equipment Supervisor
Ensures the proper and safe operation of inflatables and other event equipment, managing a team of attendants and addressing any issues that arise.

Safety and Operations Supervisor
Manages the safety of all equipment at the event, supervises attendants, and ensures compliance with safety protocols during setup, operation, and breakdown.

Lead Event Attendant
Acts as the primary point of contact during the event, supervising attendants and ensuring all equipment is used safely and efficiently.

Inflatable & Equipment Supervisor
Oversees the safe use of inflatables and rental equipment, ensuring attendants follow proper procedures and guests adhere to all safety guidelines.
