Read our policies carefully before booking your next event

Inflatable Rental Periods:

Our inflatable rentals are based on a 6-hour time frame, and the pricing listed on our website reflects this standard period. Customers have the flexibility to select a time between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, rental times are available from 9 am until 5 pm.

Exceptions:
Please note that certain categories of equipment, including mechanical rides, mini-golf, LED games, and other specialty items, may have exceptions to the standard rental period. Specific rental durations and pricing for these exceptions will be outlined on our website and detailed in the respective product descriptions.

Overnight Option for Residential Customers:
Should you require the inflatable for an extended duration, beyond the 6 pm limit, we offer an overnight option for a nominal fee. Please be aware that this option is exclusively available to residential customers. (Schools, churches, and corporate customers are exempt from this offering.)

Extension for Corporate, Church, and School Events:
Corporate, church, and school events may be extended beyond 6 pm with prior approval and for a small additional fee. Please contact our team for further information and to discuss the extension options.

Our Rentals

Reservation and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit ranging from $50 to $200 is mandatory to secure your equipment reservation. Payment options for the deposit include credit or debit cards. The remaining balance must be settled one day before your event. Payments can be made using the card on file or via a business check. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations Due to Weather Inclemency:

Our top priority is safety. We closely monitor local weather conditions in our area and adapt to unforeseen weather or emergency situations as needed. If we determine that weather conditions, such as rain or high winds, pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel the rental. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded. If weather conditions are questionable on the event day and you opt for equipment delivery, the remaining balance is still due, and no refund will be issued, regardless of the total time the equipment is used. Any weather-related decisions should be made the day before the event.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of our cancellation policy. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm all reservations. All CANCELLATIONS are given credit (raincheck) with our company for up to one year following the original event date. When you are ready to reschedule within one year of your original date, please call our office. However, please note that CANCELLATIONS on the day of the event or at the time of delivery receive no REFUND OR RAINCHECK. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it allows us to better serve all of our valued customers.

Delivery and Pickup:

You will receive a text message with a specified delivery window the evening prior to your event. In certain circumstances, especially for residential setups in backyards, we may deliver the equipment the night before.
For tent rentals, our typical delivery and setup timeframe is between 24 to 48 hours before the event. Same-day tent setups are available upon request and will incur an additional fee, with prior customer notification. A delivery fee will be applied to locations beyond a 10-mile radius from our Silver Spring, MD location.

About us

Condominiums and Apartment Complexes:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer inflatable or tent setups in condominiums or apartment complexes under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Park Setups

While we love setting up in parks, it's important to note that most parks lack access to electricity. If you plan to set up in a park, you must rent a generator from us at a reasonable cost. Please be aware that a minimum order of $1500 is required for park setups, and no exceptions will be made. Additionally, you must secure a Park Permit to have a bounce house set up in a public park.

Safety Rules for Inflatables

The safety of the children using our inflatable truly depends on the presence of adult supervision AT ALL TIMES!!
NEVER LEAVE INFLATABLE UNATTENDED!!
RULES FOR USE OF BOUNCE HOUSE/MOONWALKS
-Max of 8 children between the ages 2 to 8.
-Max of 6 children 8 to 12 years old.
-Max of 3 teens or 2 adults at any given time.
-NO pulling, hanging or climbing walls of the unit.
-NO food, drinks or animals in the unit.
-NO sharp objects (jewelry, glasses, etc).
-NO flips or horse playing in or around the unit.
-Keeping the ages and sizes of groups well-matched will help minimize the chances of someone getting hurt.
RULES FOR USE OF WET/DRY SLIDES
-Max of 1 person on slide at any given time.
-No sliding down when there is someone in the way of sliding.

Dunk Tank Safety Rules

-Easy Dunker must always have an adult operator on duty when in use.
*When tank is going to be unattended, always drain water. *NEVER LEAVE A DUNK TANK FILLED WITH WATER UN ATTENDED!
*Never place the dunk tank on a platform or stage. (NOTE: *When filled the dunk tank weighs over 4,500 pounds.)
*Keep Easy Dunker away from electricity.
*Keep water level filled to at least from the top of the tank.
*Only one person at a time should be allowed on the seat or in the tank.
*Anyone with medical conditions which may place limitations on their physical exertion (such as, but not limited to: heart condition, pregnancy, back injury, etc.) should stay off of the dunk tank.
*keep from slipping, the dunkee must always wear rubber sole shoes.
*Before (and each time) the dunkee climbs onto the seat, they must first make sure the seat is securely locked in place and that the safety latch is engaged.
*The dunkee should use the handles to assist in climbing out of the tank and for getting back up onto the seat after being dunked. However, the dunkee must not hold onto the handles while being dunked.
*The dunkee must move toward the front of the tank when coming up out of the water to avoid hitting their head on the seat.
*Never use hard balls.
*Never stand or kneel on seat.
*When being dunked, the dunkee must keep hands on knees and sit forward on the seat.
*Do not allow anyone to hit target with hands.
*Do not operate Easy Dunker during a storm.
